This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number FA660622Q0004, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Giant Voice Expansion and Upgrade. A contract will be issued without discussions as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20220428, and AFAC 2021-0726. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable provisions and clauses by visiting https://www.acquisition.gov/. (iv) This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334290 - Other Communications manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. Quotes must include the following information with their quote: Pricing, Company Name & Address, Point of Contract, Telephone, Email, Cage Code, UEI number, and Business Size. Notification of attendance must be submitted via email to contact@example.gov no later than 11:00am EST on Wednesday May 25, 2022. **SITE VISIT MANDATORY PROCEDURES** Due to COVID-19, the site visit MANDATORY procedures are as follows: Contractors requesting to attend the site visit must notify this office ONE (1) week in advance of established site visit date. Requests made after this time will not be granted. Site visits may be limited to small groups; size will be determined by Contracting Officer to comply with current COVID-19 Government and Base recommendations. Additional site visit times may be scheduled to accommodate all requests. If you are feeling ill or have been in contact with anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19, DO NOT ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. At this time, in line with DoD guidance, fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to (but certainly still may) wear masks in/outdoors while on the installation.
