Notice is hereby given that Whatcom County Purchasing will receive sealed statements of qualification at its office in the Administrative Services Finance Department located on the fifth floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Avenue, Suite 503, Bellingham, WA 98225 for the following: Consultant Engineering Services for Intersection Improvements at Two Locations:Birch Bay-Lynden Rd & Kickerville Rd – CRP No. 922005, Fed-Aid No. HSIP-L370(004);Everson Goshen Rd & E Smith Rd – CRP No. 19002635, Fed-Aid No. STBGR-Z937(007)UNTIL: 2:30 PM, Tuesday, September 29, 2026 At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters read aloud. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.
