Wheatstone Notice of Intent to Sole Source/Synopsis

The Defense Media Activity is issuing a notice of intent to award a non-competitive, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Wheatstone Corporation for proprietary support of the WheatNet-IP Intelligent Audio Network Routing System. This requirement includes the provision of OEM hardware, firmware, software licenses, engineering integration, and specialized tier-3 technical maintenance support to support the AFN Broadcast Center transition. The scope specifically involves maintaining enterprise-scale routing infrastructures, managing DISA-mandated Windows OS migration complexities, and interfacing with AudioVAULT systems using proprietary Wheatstone protocol architectures such as ERAS and AOIPRS.
