Solicitation SPRDL1-26-R-0134 is an unrestricted, five-year firm fixed price, IDIQ-type contract issued by DLA Land Warren for the procurement of Wheel and Tire Assemblies, identified by NSN 2530-01-732-4248 and military part number 12719180. The contract specifies a minimum quantity of 45 units and a maximum of 1,125 units, with delivery terms set as FOB Destination to New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The award will be made to a responsible offeror based on the lowest evaluated price, though the government may utilize an online reverse auction as a pricing technique. Proposals must be submitted via email to the contract specialist, with the final deadline extended by Amendment 0002 to September 1, 2026. The contract mandates strict adherence to quality and packaging standards, requiring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and Special Packaging Instruction AK0000001, which includes military preservation and level B packing. Inspection and acceptance are both designated at the origin, and contractors must coordinate with the DCMA for government inspection prior to shipment to avoid rejection at the destination.
