White Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project

The White Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project, Federal Project No. STPL-5149(025), is a solicitation by the City of La Verne, California, for comprehensive infrastructure improvements along White Avenue from Grove Street to Foothill Blvd. The scope of work includes demolition, the installation of new sidewalks, medians, landscaping, curbs, gutters, and asphalt pavement, as well as traffic markings and striping. The project must be completed within forty-five working days, with construction activities scheduled to commence by November 2, 2026. Bidders are required to hold an A license and must submit electronic bids via the PlanetBids portal by September 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Proposals must include a bid security of at least 10 percent of the total bid amount. The successful contractor is required to provide performance and payment bonds for 100 percent of the contract price, as well as workers compensation certification and a W-9 form within ten calendar days of the award notification.
