AMENDMENT #1: Edited scope to address contractor questions and clarifications and to correct dimensions of concrete apron pour.* clarified 5" gutter size* stated that soil from concrete apron pour can be disposed of on site* clarified that 2x triangle gable vents will be replaced when doing siding as part of trim work called out in scope* corrected length of concrete apron pour FROM 55' TO 70' in scope to align with Osborne Engineering stamped drawings.SITE LOCATION: 993 Goodyear Park Blvd, Mogadore OH 4426041.016273, -81.355389The Division of Wildlife is seeking bids for (1) replacing existing shingles with metal roofing, (2) installing metal siding on the exterior, (3) installing 4, 12-ft wide garage bay doors on the front (southwest facing) wall, (4) pouring a concrete apron between existing pavement and newly installed garage doors, (5) garage door bollards, (6) replacing/abandoning existing exterior doors, and (7) installing a pull-down attic stairs access. Subcontractors are allowed. Site visit prior to bid submission is required – see details below.
Evaluation: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. All Proposals must be submitted through Ohio Buys. Proposals received outside of Ohio Buys will not be considered.Contract Award: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid on all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive. The State reserves the right to remove items/components from the bid and evaluate only the necessary items.
