The San Luis Obispo County has issued a forecast for the Wickersham Grading Permit, identified as GRAD2022-00020 and CEQA2023-00184. This project involves a request for a Major Grading Permit to facilitate the construction of a single-family residence, a pool house, and a pool, as well as the installation of a driveway and necessary utilities. The work will take place at 605 Spanish Springs Drive within the San Luis Bay Inland Sub Area of the South County Planning Area.
