Full Description

This project will address the issues with current HVAC system at WICR. It is two-part project, with design in first year and installation and commissioning in second year. During installation both existing air handler units (AHUs) will be removed and replaced with new AHUs that are correctly sized for the buildings. The AHUs would be equipped with an integral return air fan so a remote return air fan would not be required and can relieve air and satisfy space pressurization concerns.
