The Environmental Protection Agency's Wtsd office is soliciting engineering and environmental technical support services to assist the Office of Water, Office of Wastewater Management, WIFIA Management Division. Key evaluation criteria include the qualifications of the Program Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, experience with water and wastewater treatment technologies, project risk assessment, and the implementation of federal requirements. Awardees must provide a customized Quality Management Plan and submit monthly technical and financial progress reports. Invoicing is managed through the Invoice Processing Platform, and the contract incorporates various FAR and EPAAR clauses regarding labor standards, organizational conflicts of interest, and security safeguards.
