WHERE & WHEN TO SUBMIT BID Bids will be received by the City of Columbus, Department of Recreation & Parks, Design & Construction, at www.bidexpress.com until August 20th, 2026 (08/18/26) at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time. DRAWINGS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Drawings and technical specifications are available as separate documents at www.bidexpress.com.
