Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, permits, insurance to replace one window and one skylight at the Okinawa Armory.. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to contact@example.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 34864 - DO NOT OPEN. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 4/9/2025, at 10:30 AM at Okinawa Armory, 8450 Okinawa Street, Sacramento, CA 95828. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Nicole Jackson at contact@example.gov.
