FEMA Region 1 FRC has a requirement to install window security film. 


Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2026, at 11:00am, ET at 63 Old Marlboro Rd, Maynard MA 01754. Interested vendors are required to confirm attendance in advance.
Please send all attendance confirmations including the company name and personnel attending the site visit, via email, to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 12:00PM, ET Friday, August 21, 2026. Please note, a valid Real ID or U.S. Passport is required to access the property.
Individuals without a Real ID or fail to confirm attendance in advance will not be permitted.
This site visit is not mandatory, however, it is highly recommended to attend to evaluate the project and take measurements, if necessary. This will be the only site visit offered for this requirement.
