The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) currently uses WMATA for their employee's transit subsidy in the Washington D.C. Commuting area. Subject to final approval, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS), on behalf of OGE, intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Washington Metro Area Transit Authority (WMATA), 600 5th St NW, Washington, D.C. 20001. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service will consider all affirmative responses received no later than October 31, 2014 at 11:59 PM ET. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The intended period of performance for this requirement is October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading.
