The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN) intends to award to Thomson Reuters on a sole source basis for an World Check Database Subscription World Check's subscription covers risk categories including but not limited to saction lists and politically exposed person, terrosim, narcotics trafficking, and organized crime and srms dealing. World Check is referenced in FINCEN's governmetn data and is needed to validate references that are mentioned in the database in suport of internationsl law enforcement cases. Thomson Reuters is the sole proprietot of the World Check and does not authorized resellers to resell their subscriptions services or products and cannot be provided by any other source. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe that they can provide FINCEN the same product as provided by Accuity Inc. Responses shall be received no later than 2:00 PM ET on November 15, 2013. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the service. Offerors shall confirm that its service has and/or meets all of the components listed above. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that otifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
