The U.S. Coast Guard Sector Field Logistics Command, Procurement Branch, is conducting a market survey to identify qualified vendors capable of supplying approximately 502 ventilation system components under twenty national stock numbers for use as government-furnished equipment on 87-foot WPB and 154-foot WPC class vessels. These parts are critical to the Novenco OEM ventilation systems installed on these vessels, which provide essential fresh air circulation and exhaust during operations, and all offered components must be manufactured to or meet Novenco’s exact specifications, verified by official OEM certification. The procurement is anticipated to result in a single firm, fixed-price, requirements contract with five one-year ordering periods, totaling up to five years of performance. The place of performance is designated as New Orleans, Louisiana, where the parts will be delivered and integrated into the vessels, and delivery will be governed by future individual delivery orders issued under the contract. Vendors must respond to this sources-sought notice by May 29, 2026, via email to ayanna.l.broom@uscg.mil, providing a formal statement of intent to submit a quote as a prime contractor, along with their company details, DUNS number, business size classification, and Small Business Administration certification if claiming small business status. Additionally, offerors must submit at least two verifiable past performance references, including contract numbers, project titles, dollar values, and points of contact. The government is not obligated to award a contract based on responses, will not compensate respondents for information provided, and reserves the right to use any submitted data in future solicitations without restriction. No proprietary, classified, or sensitive information should be included in submissions, and while formal evaluation factors have not been released, the anticipated firm fixed-price structure suggests an award may be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 33341, and the contracting office is located in Norfolk, Virginia, with all responses considered solely for market research purposes prior to a full solicitation to be posted on FBO.gov.
