WR28 RF Switches

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the Quantity of 26 each; WR28 RF Switches in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to Logus Microwave Corp, 1711 Longwood Rd, West Palm Beach/FL due to this switch has the same pin out command and power connections that is currently in our AN/ALQ-167(V) Countermeasures Set in use now. The Logus RF Switch is part of the configuration for the AN/ALQ-167(V514) Countermeasures Set and are set to be deployed to numerous Naval and Air Force fields sites. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing they can fulfill the requirement may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893618Q0305 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
