AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on January 26, 2023 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Only invited pre-qualified Suppliers under the TSPS SA Holders holding a TSPS SA Tier 2 (>$3.75M) at the time of bid closing, in all requirement resource categories and in the National Capital Region (NCR) under the E60ZT-18TSPS series of SAs are eligible to compete. The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the professional services of multiple resource categories and levels in support of the DND’s project management, business analytics, change management and training development and delivery activities for current and future acquisition projects. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for three (3) years, plus two (2) one-year (1) irrevocable options.
