WSDOT - Roadway Toll Systems Modernization Programs

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is soliciting proposals under RFP 2026-0911 for the design, development, implementation, operation, and maintenance of Roadway Toll Systems (RTS) across multiple counties in Washington. WSDOT intends to award two independent contracts: one for Open Road Tolling (ORT) RTS and one for Side-Fire RTS.
