This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), Reques for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or an obligation on the part of the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to its submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information on potential sources who can provide the below listed service for WSO2 identity server subscription for a non-production environment (item desciption listed below). The Government is seeking sources who are able to immediately supply the same level of service as described in this RFI. Please respond via email. The RFI # must be included in the email. Additionally, please do not provide a quote. This is simply a request to prove your ability/capability to provide the service listed. Product/Service Description: DCAA Office of Information Technology (OIT) has long identified the need for an Identity Management solution that would centralize User authentication and authorization to allow access to all DCAA managed applications. This would allow users to login once and have access to all applications without having to login again within a given time period. This is called Single Sign-On (SSO) capability. In order to move forward with development activities associated with the use of this product, and to integrate some of the current OIT applications with WSO2 IS to start with, we require non-production environment support subscription from the product vendor. This subscription allows developers to raise support tickets by visiting the WSO2 online support portal at https://support.wso2.com. While the product itself is free for anyone to use, the support subscription has a fee. They have support subscription for both non-production and production environments. We need the non-production support subscription now, but we may need production subscription when we are ready to deploy this to production in future.
