1. Site visit attendance is mandatory to be considered responsive. RSVP email confirmation of intent to attend site is due NLT 1400 CST, Friday March 20, 2026. In your RSVP email confirmation, please indicate if any of your members need base access. If a Contractor/Sub‐contractor fail to meet this deadline, the site visit information will not be released to your organization. For RSVPs, please ensure you email both dorothy.inoa@us.af.mil and sharla.flowers_brandon.1@us.af.mil.
