X--Lease of Clinic Space

The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System (SLVHCS) intends to lease office space for the purpose of operating a Mental Health Clinic. The clinic will occupy approximately 9,000 9,900 square feet which accommodates Physician offices, exam rooms, PSA office, reception desk, waiting room, staff break room, and misc. space. The term of the lease shall be 5 years and three option years. Minor build out or renovation may be required. The delineated area locates this facility near and within efficient walking distance from all other SLVHCS outpatient care facilities in New Orleans, La. SLVHCS has facilities at 3426 and 3434 canal street. The delineated area is approximately a 2 block radius with logical borders from the New Orleans Clinic and Current Administrative Offices. The four corners of the boundary may be established by the intersections of the following streets North - Jefferson Davis Parkway West - Cleveland Avenue South -Telemachus Street East -Iberville Street A solicitation may be obtained by contacting the Contracting Officer at the P.O.C. instructions listed in this notice. Proposals are due by September 04, 2009 but will be accepted up to award. This requirement is being procured under full and open competition under NAICS code 531120. The successful offer must be registered in the Central Contractor Database prior to receiving award of a Government contract.
