Buildings offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as modern office having adequate means of ingress and egress, must fully meet the accessibility requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABBAS), must be altered or constructed to meet the government?s requirement, and must be fully serviced. The building must also conform to the seismic requirements for new construction or the current edition of the Uniform Building Code if the lateral load resisting system is of concrete, masonry or steel composition.
