The lease expires on November 31, 2008. VA is conducting a competition for alternative space and will relocate if advantageous to the Government. The cost of moving, alterations, and other factors will be considered when determining whether to relocate. The space must be on no more than one floor and provide between 14,000 to 14,500 NUSF of space. On-site parking for 42 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 4 years will be considered.
