The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Dayton VAMC seeks to lease approximately 12,500 net usable square feet of existing contiguous space, preferably on a single floor in a single-tenant building, within a specified area in Springfield, Ohio, for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. Monthly lease payments will be made in arrears after acceptance, with options for lump sum or amortized payments for tenant improvements after acceptance; no progress payments will be made during construction. Preference may be given to vendors registered as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) via the VA’s VIP system, which could lead to set-aside competition under relevant statutes. The delineated geographic area for the property is bounded by specific roads and highways around Springfield, Ohio.
