Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 12, 2007. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located within the following delineated area and must be located within four (4)) blocks of public transportation: Boundaries: North: Doral Blvd South: Dolphin Expressway East: Palmetto expressway West: Florida's Turnpike. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
