The delineated area is as follows: North - Hwy 2094, South - Hwy 518, East - Hwy 146, and West - Hwy 270. Six (6) secure and secluded parking spaces is required as part of the lease for government vehicles. Twenty-Six (26) parking spaces shall be available for employees and visitors. Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire safety and must be ADA compliant. Secure office space and facilities in an office building, fully serviced, and altered to Government specifications are required. Lease term is 10 years, 5 years firm. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
