The U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in the Memphis, Tennessee area suitable for use by the Justice Department. REQUIRED: Approximately 8,794 BOMA rentable square feet of space and 29 secured parking spaces. LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location at 50 North Front Street, Memphis, Tennessee through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government. Consideration of alternate locations would include all tenant improvement costs and all costs associated with physical relocation, as well as, cost to move data and telecommunications lines (estimated move cost is $6.19 per square foot). LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term, beginning on or about June 8, 2003 through June 7, 2013.
