Existing buildings and new construction will be considered. Space must be located within the delineated area below: North: GA State Road 154 (Cambleton Road/Lakewood Freeway - Langford Pky.) South: I-75 and GA State Road 85 East: GA State Road 138 (Jonesboro Road) West: GA State Road 70 (Fulton Industrial Blvd) On-site parking must meet/or exceed local code. At least 119 parking spaces must be commercially available on-site for employees and visitors. The location should be accessible by public transportation. All offered space must be contiguous within the building. Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire and life safety and be capable of being fully handicapped accessible. Building must be capable of meeting the Government?s security requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
