The proposed lease is for ten (10) years firm, and ceilings must be between eight (8) and ten (10) feet high. The location must meet the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards For Buildings, UFC-4-010-018 8 October 2003 (http://65.204.17.188//report/doc_ufc.html). This is not a prospectus level project. The delineated area is as follows: North: Traveling east on Sandy Springs Road via Laurel Bowie Road to the intersection of US 301 (Crain Highway). South: Traveling west on Route 4 (Pennsylvania Avenue) to Interstate 95 (South). East: Traveling south on US 301 (Crain Highway) to the intersection with Route 4 (Pennsylvania Avenue).
