The offered building must be located within 2,000 walkable linear feet from a metro station. The offered floor must have a minimum column spacing of 18 feet. LOCATION: The offered building must be located in Arlington, Virginia LEASE TERM: The proposed rental term shall be for ten (10) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy December 1, 2008. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered.
