The Government requires unrestricted 24/7 access to the office and parking spaces. The space must have 24 hour security system. Offered space must not be on the ground floor. Space must be fully serviced and be altered to meet the Federal Government's requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility as well as specific build out of tenant spaces to the Government's specifications. Uses include general office space, secured storage, weapons storage, and information technology/communications room. In addition, the building offered must be 100% sprinklered. Daytime cleaning is required.
