The requirement is for approximately 4,028 NUSF (4,833 ABOA / 5,438 RSF) of ADA-compliant space. The proposed lease term is 20 years, consisting of a 5-year firm period and a 15-year soft period, with the government maintaining termination rights after the firm term upon 180 days' notice. Offerors must provide a detailed experience narrative limited to five relevant projects and submit past performance questionnaires directly to the Lease Contracting Officer. Proposals must include representations regarding foreign ownership for high-security space and compliance with prohibitions on certain telecommunications and video surveillance equipment.
