The VA seeks to lease a minimum 32,531 rentable square feet (RSF), for use by VA as Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
For this requirement, VA will only consider expressions of interest for an existing space for lease with buildout.
The building and parking area must be fully accessible, meeting all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. The building must comply with the Interagency Security Committee Security Design Criteria for New Federal Office Buildings and Major Modernization Projects as well as other security guidelines, which will be provided during the Solicitation for Offers process.
The building shall be within delineated area of:
North: King Boulevard
South: Paseo del Volcan NE
East: Civic Center Cir NE
West: Unser Boulevard
A lease for up to ten (10) years will be considered.
