A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to the Sources Sought Announcement, issued on 23 February 2017, titled xTag Cystic Fibrosis Kits with Solicitation # FA3010xTAG_CF_Kits. The approved Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached to this notice.
