The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for construction of a steel sheet pile sill and concrete control structure on Tolna Coulee in Nelson County, North Dakota. Project work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant labor, material and equipment to construct a steel sheet pile sill and concrete control structure on Tolna Coulee in Nelson County, North Dakota. The sheet pile sill will be approximately 800 feet long. The concrete control structure, approximately 160 feet long, will be in the center of the sheet pile sill and will include a concrete slab, piers and wingwalls, a steel catwalk and overhead crane rail, and steel stop logs. The project also includes construction of a gravel access road and parking areas, construction of a cofferdam, and dewatering. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The estimated price range is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million.
