PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT MASSACHUSETTS NATIONAL CEMTERY LOCATED IN BOURNE, MASSACHUSETTS WITHIN BARNSTABLE COUNTY. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting bids under Solicitation Number 36C7861B0355 for the following: The contractor shall provide all professional services, labor, supervision, materials, administration necessary for the construction and performance of all work in accordance with the solicitation plans, specifications, drawings, required permits, terms and conditions at Massachusetts National Cemetery. The contractor shall install 1,000 4 x 4 creamins grave sites within the proposed Section CS2 per the drawings and contract specifications. COST MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 to $250,000. Award will be made on a competitive basis under Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 14 to a responsible service disabled veteran owned small business responding to this solicitation.
