The Government of El Salvador, through the Fondo de Inversion Social para el Desarrollo Local (FISDL) will be issuing an invitation for bid (IFB) on or about May 12, 2003 for the construction of the school center Republica Federal Centroamericana, in Jiquilisco, Department of Usulutan, El Salvador, Central America. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The construction services are financed by the United Stated Agency for International Development (USAID) under the Earthquake Reconstruction Program in El Salvador. This is a host country contracting mode, using Automated Directive Systems (ADS) Chapter 305.
