Design/Build an estimated 60 Buildings, 13 Tent Pads and various Administrative facilities for the purpose of housing detainees and guard force. Work includes construction of an estimated 48 CMU Climate Controlled Block buildings with a concrete roo f. Guard Force Barracks will consist of an estimated FOUR, 160 man, two story, climate controlled, CMU with concrete roofs. All roads and ground cover will be Asphalt, potential contractor shall be responsible for all plumbing connections, water connecti ons, electrical connections, communication connections, electrical generators, chain link fence and concertina wire. Facility will operate on Generator power with 100% backup generator power on automatic transfer switches. The Estimated Magnitude of this project is over $10,000,000.
