Amendment 0001 - Post April 28, 2026
A. Changes the NAICS Code from 238990 to 236220 for base and all line items for small business set-aside.
B. Incorporates Attachment 1 - Amend 0001 - Updated Continuation Sheets - Schedule-SOW and T&C's, that incorporate changes noted below in C.
C. Remove and update some original FAR Clauses and Provisions to Revolutionary FAR update (RFO) Clauses and Provisions per agency requirements. FAR Clauses and Provisions that are no longer applicable were removed. Any changes to FAR clauses or provisions under the new RFO FAR are included in full text and start with RFO FAR.
D. Extend Closing Date and Time to Friday, May 1, 2026, by no later than 1600 Mountain.

Specific Site Visit Information (also see FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) included in Section L
(a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed if they cannot attend the site visit scheduled below. Note FOMC is a Fee Park, and contractors will be expected to pay Fees of the applicable park if they do not attend the site visit at the day(s) and time(s) indicated below.
(b) An organized site visit for both locations has been scheduled for: Friday, April 10, 2026, at different times to accommodate contractors wanting to attend both site visits and allowance for travel between both locations, the time are as follows:
(1) Fort McHenry National Monument & Historic Shrine (FOMC) is at 9:00 AM Eastern
(2) Fort Washington Park (FOWA) is at 1:00 PM Eastern
