Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA), is soliciting bids under Solicitation Number: VA-786A-10-IB-0065 for the following: A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor to furnish all labor, material, tools, and supervision, to construct columbaria niches (approximately 9,100) at the Ft Logan National Cemetery in Denver Colorado. The project will include but is not limited to site prep, demolition, grading, drainage, footings, columbaria niches, planting, signage, utility work, and other items as per the contract specifications and drawings that will be provided. The magnitude of this project is between $2M and $5M. The NAICS code is 237990, and Size Standard is $33.5 Million. Performance period is 545 calendar days from date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This is a total set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
