The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB to provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to excavate a portion of Burial Section R(approximately 6000 SF) to minimum depth of 8'-0, remove rock and unsuitable materials, and backfill burial Section R. Work includes: stripping, stockpiling, and the replacement of suitable topsoil materials; excavation and removal from the site of unsuitable materials and rock; excavation, stockpiling, and replacement of suitable backfill materials and provide additional suitable clean material to backfill the excavation; compact and grade the backfilled materials; replace stripped topsoil, compact and grade; and install new turf sod over disturbed areas; and provide temporary irrigation to establish the new turf per project specifications.
