PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT THE NATIONAL CEMTERY OF THE ALLEGHENIES LOCATED IN BRIDGEVILLE, PENNYSLVANIA WITHIN WASHINGTON COUNTY. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting bids under Solicitation Number VA786A-16-B-0043 for the following: The contractor shall provide all professional services, labor, supervision, materials, administration necessary for the construction and performance of all work in accordance with the solicitation plans, specifications, drawings, required permits, terms and conditions at The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. The Contractor shall completely prepare the site for construction and earthwork operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, alterations, grading, roads, curbs, utilities improvements and the installation of 2,800 VA-approved pre-placed double depth concrete crypts, in burial sections 6 and 7. Also all work to make improvements for 2,000 in-ground cremain sites in cremains sections C6 and C7. Fabricate and deliver to the site 2,800 VA-approved pre-placed double depth concrete crypts. COST MAGNITUDE: Between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. THE AWARD OF THIS FUTURE CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
