LAKE - EXTEND RAMP AT PEARCE FERRY

The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to extend the existing boat launch ramp at Pearce Ferry within Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The project involves excavation, grading, placing an aggregate base, constructing cast-in-place concrete, and setting riprap. The contractor must also remove and reuse existing precast panels and a pipe mat at the launch ramp. This work is located in Mohave County, Arizona, and falls under the NAICS code 237990 with a size standard of $45 million. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price agreement estimated between $1.5 million and $1.8 million. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside and will be conducted through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) process in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 14 and 36.
