The solicitation will close on or about December 2nd 2010. Design and construct a new one-story, approximately 14,000 square foot, Nuclear and Space Security Tactics Training Facility (NSSTTC) at Camp Guernsey, Wyoming to include building, foundation system, heating and air conditioning, fire suppression system, site work and utilities, paved parking, chain link perimeter fencing, communications support, etc. The facility will have administrative space, classrooms, weapons and ammunition storage and maintenance space, restroom/locker facilities, and miscellaneous range equipment storage. This project includes removal of existing storage, pavement, and existing perimeter fence.
