Construction Project No. 656-12-203, entitled 'Replace Flat Roofs, Phase II'. This solicitation is issued as an IFB (Invitation for Bid) construction project, which is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS firms. All bidders must be registered on www.ccr.gov.
