The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, Construction Services Division, anticipates the award of a firm fixed-price construction contract at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5841 Midway Road, Dixon, California 95620, Project No. 921CM2001B, Memorial Wall and Ossuary. Work shall included, but not limit to the following: Demolition, removal and relocation of existing features and earthwork and furnish labor and materials to perform work for fill and grading, modification to an on-site storm drainage system and installation of memorial walls, benches and ossuary. The contractor shall install 480 memorial wall plaques. The project shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Invitation for Bid VA-786A-12-B-0018, shall be issued on or about April 30, 2012, with a bid closing date on or about May 30, 2012. This procurement is a 100% Total Set Aside for Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), under Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127). The applicable NAICS code is 237900, with a size standard of $33.5 million and bonding capacity (required payment, performance bonds and bid guarantee).
