SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: UCB & MB BPA FOR FENCING REPAIR & FENCING CONSTRUCTION SERVICES The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Basin (UCB) Region and Missouri Basin (MB) Region, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and capability of small business sources for the contemplated services titled: UCB & MB Region BPA for Fencing Repair & Fencing Construction. This notice is a tool to identify small businesses that have both the technical expertise and capability to coordinate the work needed or perform the work required for UCB & MB BPA for Fencing Repair & Fencing Construction Services and is for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Information obtained through this notice may be used to determine the potential for issuing a future solicitation for this project as a small business set-aside, and to provide input for the Government's overall acquisition strategy. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTE, OR AN INVITATION FOR BIDS and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. All interested sources must respond to the future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this Sources Sought Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. It is anticipated that the Bureau will award a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to multiple contractors to provide flexibility and coverage for services across the UCB and MB Regions. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The UCB and MB Regions require services to conduct a variety of fencing repair and fencing construction at its projects and associated facilities. Adequate fencing is necessary to prevent trespass grazing, unauthorized human activity, and to protect natural and cultural resources. Each project will have a specific detail identified in the Statement of Work as related to the project and will be awarded through a BPA Call. INFORMATION REQUESTED: All interested and qualified firms responding to this Sources Sought Notice are required to provide the following information: 1. Is your firm able to perform or arrange performance of work needed at all locations of the UCB and MB regions? (see map for reference) 2. Firm's name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address and website if applicable; 3. CAGE Code & DUNS Number; 4. Any or all Small Business Classifications, to include size and any additional socio-economic categories such as, but not limited to, 8(a) Program, SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, and or WOSB, etc.; SUBMIT TO: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be received no later than 2:00 pm MDT on November 19, 2021.
