Page 1 of 3 DESCRIPTION This Pre-Solicitation notice is to inform the Buffalo VA Medical Center, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about September 21, 2026. The scope of this project is Work performed under this scope will be for and conducted within the (Buffalo VAMC) at the Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 3495 Bailey Ave, Buffalo, NY 14215. This effort is intended to perform site preparation renovations to support the installation of new medical equipment. The Contractor shall prepare rooms 214 and 215 to receive new equipment. A control room (215-1) is included and an electrical room (214-1) with new electrical panels and equipment is included in the design. In addition, Procedure Rooms 212 and 211, a stretch alcove, a check-in area, office, dressing area and restroom are included in this scope of work. This shall be awarded under a firm fixed price contract. All located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. This procurement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses . The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $45 Million. The cost range is $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
