This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for the replacement of carpeting and rubber cove base with Luxury Vinyl Plank and new rubber cove base on the second and third floors of Building 1 at the Grand Island VA Medical Center in Nebraska. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid under FAR Parts 14 and 36, with a firm fixed-price contract expected to be awarded within 60 days of bid opening.
