**ALL FIRMS ARE INSTRUCTED NOT TO CALL THE INDIVIDUAL VA MEDICAL CENTERS REQUESTING MORE INFORMATION. ** Page 2 of 2 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT 605-18-202- 2E SOUTH SURGICAL CLINIC RENOVATION The Veterans Affairs Healthcare System located in Loma Linda, California requires construction services contract on real property assets at Veterans Administration Loma Linda Medical Center (VALLMC). This procurement will be a firm-fixed price construction contract. Work includes, but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, equipment, engineering, and services to resolve deficiencies identified in the hospitals master plan. The Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the completion of work. The Government will not reimburse the firm for their proposal preparation cost. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend a site visit; date, time and location of site visit still to be determined. Information regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation when posted. All offerors are urged and expected to attend. Due to anticipated response and limited space, please limit the number of attendees in your group.
